There is a steady growth in the number of organizations and projects adapting agile methods of development (with Scrum and XP topping the popularity charts). Agile is now passed the initial hype – it is no longer a buzz word – and given the experience and data, it is not too difficult to make an argument for going agile. However, going agile is often an initiative driven by the development department, and testing is treated as little more than an afterthought. This seminar looks specifically at some test-related success-factors that need to be addressed in agile projects in order to reach that improved productivity and quality.
